TSKA Exotics is one of the largest independant exotic species advertising venues in the UK. As a consultancy we serve the private specialist exotic keepers of the United Kingdom in the main.

 

Our overall aim is to try and have available to the exotic keeper a Website that is a full service site and in so doing we actively promote the issues raised in the opening paragraph.

The Consultancy is based in Lincolnshire, although we do not hold any of the animals that our clients have for sale.

 

Due to the nature of our business we do carry out a screening protocol with all of the species that we have available for purchase via our client base. We do this for the safe guard of the species we display for sale within our advertisements, and also for the benefit of our client base, so that they may see that their animals are going to the right ownership, with the right level of experience and husbandry skill level.

Whilst we do act as consultants for our clients we do not just provide this within the service package but do try to encourage novice and existing keepers on the entire concept of responsible ownership of exotic animals within our currently heavily accented political and legislation governed climate.

 

Whilst we do not set the prices of the animals displayed within the advertisement area, we do try and recommend to the keepers advertising for the need for realistic prices. If we consider an asking price too high we can decline to advertise, or may offer a two-week trial sales period at the sellers’ price and then should this not seek a success, we would then advise on the current and acceptable price for the market.

 

TSKA Exotics reserve the rights to sell exotic livestock at market value, so as not to depreciate the species. But this does not mean we 'overcharge'.

As a consultancy we work on a commission structure, this means that we add a fixed percentage of between 5-12% reflective the species being advertised and the work involved.

 

As a brand TSKA Exotics try and encompass all that surrounds the market of exotic keeping, by offering diversification’s such as care guides, resident consultant advice, promote other sellers dealing with this market sector and so on - we are trying to incorporate the complete package. We also hope to achieve this through our own ' Retail Area'. The Retail Area is where upon visitors to this Website can view our clients' availability, and additionally browse through the content that we have available from our affiliations with other business's.
