TSKA work on behalf of our client base.
We work for our client base as advertisers and arrange the transaction for them on their behalf in many cases, but all responsibility for the species themselves rest with the owners - sellers/buyers.
Buyers must be a minimum of 18 years of age. This is a precedent laid down by TSKA Consultancy.
Buyers of animals covered by Dangerous Wild Animals' Licensing and Public Liability Insurance, must be able to produce copies of these for our clients, and will be asked by TSKA to verify that they are holding valid copies of both pieces of legislation. Some of the animals displayed in these lists require quarantining upon arrival in the United Kingdom.
We can offer assistance in the protocol and procedure behind self quarantine.
We do ask of all potential buyers to ensure that they are able to display within our questionnaires that they have taken a serious step in commitment towards the purchase of their exotic species. We do request that where a form is required to be completed that potential buyers please adhere to our request.
Failure to complete a form where requested will result in a termination of any sale.
Deposits are non refundable if the sale/purchase is cancelled.
